1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and JomPlay ("Platform", "We", "jomplay"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jomplay.win platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the jomplay platform after any terms changes are published will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the jomplay platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Being an individual who is resident in or located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services under applicable local laws.
• Never been adjudicated bankrupt without discharge, or have no appointed administrator over your assets.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.

Jomplay reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you are found to not meet any of the eligibility requirements above after registering, your account may be suspended or terminated and any eligible balance will be returned at the platform's discretion.

3 Account Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at jomplay at any one time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, and password. This information must reflect your true identity.

Identity Verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months).

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

General rules that apply to all bonuses at jomplay:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

6 Game Rules

All games on jomplay are operated in accordance with each provider's rules and use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Game results are final and cannot be disputed solely on the grounds of "bad luck".

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.
• Any technical disruption during a game session caused by factors outside jomplay's control (such as the player's internet issues) is not eligible for automatic compensation.
• If a technical fault on the platform's end affects a game outcome, jomplay will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with fair internal policies.
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled.

7 Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jomplay account login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

8 Disciplinary Action & Account Termination

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in ways that violate the terms.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity using the jomplay platform.
• Disruption to the platform's system security or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Threatening or harassing behaviour toward platform staff or other users.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, jomplay reserves the right to withhold the account balance and void any winnings associated with that violation.

9 Limitation of Liability

Jomplay provides its online entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or downtime. To the extent permitted by law, jomplay is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a player as a result of gaming activity.
